Import

Kunden importieren
Bevor Pakete oder Preise importiert werden können müssen die Kunden importiert oder manuell angelegt werden. Beim Import werden die Stammdaten der Kunden überschrieben (und können so aus dem csv aktualisiert werden).
Preise importieren
Nachdem die Kunden importiert wurden können die Preise importiert werden. Wenn ein Kunde bereits Preise zugewiesen hat werden diese durch die zu importierenden Preise aus dem csv ersetzt.
Pakete importieren
Pakete können erst importiert werden, wenn alle enthaltenen Kunden und Services angelegt sind. Pakete die kein Gewicht haben werden angezeigt und müssen im csv korrigiert werden.

Kunden

Unter "Kunden" können neue Kunden angelegt oder bestehende Kunden verändert werden. In der Suche kann nach allen Attributen eines Kunden gesucht werden (z.B. Kundennummer, Name etc...)

Wenn ein Kunde in der Suchergebnisliste ausgewählt wird, können unter:

Stammdaten die Stammdaten eingetragen und verändert werden
Offene Rechnungen alle noch nicht bezahlten Rechnungen eingesehen werden
Rechnungen alle vergangenen (bezahlten) Rechnungen eingesehen werden
Nicht verrechnete Pakete alle Pakete, die noch nicht in einer Rechnung verrechnet wurden eingesehen werden
Pakete alle Pakete eingesehen werden
Preise die dem Kunden zugewiesenen Preise eingesehen werden. Hier können auch neue Preise angelegt werden wenn der Kunde noch die Standardpreise verwendet.
Vermittler Preise die Preise des Vermittlers definiert werden. Die Preise werden bei der Gutschrift für den Vermittler von den normalen Preise abgezogen, die Differenz kommt auf die Rechnung.
Services die dem Kunden zugewiesenen Services eingesehen werden. Hier können auch neue Services angelegt werden wenn der Kunde noch die Standardservices verwendet.
Custom Services für Custom Services wie z.B. Adresssuche für den Kunden eigene Preise definiert werden. Dazu müssen die default Custom Services zuerst unter "Preise" angelegt werden. Wenn der Kunde keine eigenen Custom Services definiert hat, werden bei einem Paket das mit einem Custom Service versehen ist die default Custom Services verwendet.
Services pro Rechnung Services definiert werden, die auf jede Rechnung des Kunden aufgeschlagen werden. Damit diese beim Kunden hinzugefügt werden können müssen zuerst die Default Services pro Rechnung unter "Preise" angelegt werden.
Zuschläge Zuschläge für den Kunden definiert werden. Wenn der Kunde keine Zuschläge hat werden die default Zuschläge verwendet. Wenn der Kunde aber keine Zuschläge verwenden soll (all in Vereinbarung) dann müssen die Zuschläge mit € 0 eingetragen werden.

Pakete

In der Suche kann nach allen Attributen eines Paketes gesucht werden (z.B. Paketnummer, Gewicht etc...)

Selektierte Pakete können als:

Retoure markiert werden. Dann wird auf der Rechnung ein "R" beim Preis des Paketes vermerkt.
Kulanz markiert werden. Dann wird auf der Rechnung das Paket mit 0,- verrechnet.
Custom Service, z.B. Adresssuche, markiert werden.

Pakete die noch keiner Rechnung zugewiesen werden können auch gelöscht und dann wieder importiert werden. In der Spalte Modifikation kann eine manuelle Anpassung des Paketpreises vorgenommen werden. Positive Beträge werden zum Paketpreis addiert, negative Beträge vom Paketpreis abgezogen. Die Modifikation scheint aber nicht extra auf einer Rechnung auf.

Rechnungen

In der Suche kann nach allen Attributen einer Rechnung gesucht werden (z.B. Rechnungsnummer, Betrag etc...)

Rechnungen sind alle noch nicht gedruckten Rechnungen gelistet. Selektierte Rechnungen können gedruckt oder gelöscht werden. Aus den noch nicht verrechneten Paketen können mit dem Button "Rechnungen erzeugen" die Rechnungen erstellt werden. Rechnungen erhalten ihre Rechnungsnummer sobald die Rechnung gedruckt wird. Die Rechnung kann dann nicht mehr gelöscht, sondern nur noch storniert werden. Der Start des Rechnungsnummernkreises wird unter "Höchste Rechnungsnummer" definiert.
Unbezahlte Rechnungen sind alle bereits gedruckten aber noch nicht bezahlten Rechnungen gelistet. Mit dem Button "Mahnungen drucken" können für selektierte Rechnungen die Mahnungen gedruckt werden. Mit dem Button "als bezahlt markieren" werden die Rechnungen als bezahlt markiert. Mit "Stornieren" können die Rechnungen storniert werden. Der Betrag wird negativ, die Stornorechnung kann gedruckt werden.
Bezahlte Rechnungen können Rechnungen als unbezahlt markiert, storniert und gedruckt werden.
Gutschriften können Gutschriften generiert werden. Der Start des Rechnungsnummernkreises wird unter "Höchste Rechnungsnummer" definiert.

Preise

Unter Preise können die Default Werte für Preise, Services, Custom Services, Services pro Rechnung und Zuschläge festgelegt werden. Unter Indexanpassung können alle Preise, Services, Custom Services, Services pro Rechnung prozentuell angepasst werden.

Einstellungen

Verzeichnisse

Hier kann das Arbeitsverzeichnis definiert werden. Im Arbeitsverzeichnis werden die Datenbank und die Rechnungen gespeichert.

Datenbank

Datenbankpfad öffnen – der Speicherort der Datenbank wird angezeigt.
Datenbankpfad editieren – die Datenbank kann bearbeitet werden. Dazu ist die Software DB Browser for SQLite erforderlich.
Datenbank sichern – die Datenbank kann gesichert werden. Existierende Sicherungen werden angezeigt und können mit dem Button "Restore" wiederhergestellt werden. Beim Wiederherstellen wird immer eine Sicherung der aktuellen Datenbank angelegt.

Länder

Hier können Ländercodes neuen Zonen zugewiesen und neue Länder angelegt werden.

Update

Auf neue Version überprüfen – online nach einer neuen Version suchen. Nach jedem Programmstart wird automatisch auf eine neue Version geprüft.
Download – die neue Version herunterladen wenn eine neue Version online verfügbar ist.
Anwendung aktualisieren – die Applikation nach dem Download aktualisieren. Die Anwendung wird automatisch neu gestartet.

End-User License Agreement (EULA)

This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and Bernd Preiser iSolutions EU.

This EULA agreement governs your acquisition and use of our IG Transporte Invoice software ("Software") directly from Bernd Preiser iSolutions EU or indirectly through a Bernd Preiser iSolutions EU authorized reseller or distributor (a "Reseller").

Please read this EULA agreement carefully before completing the installation process and using the IG Transporte Invoice software. It provides a license to use the IG Transporte Invoice software and contains warranty information and liability disclaimers.

If you register for a free trial of the IG Transporte Invoice software, this EULA agreement will also govern that trial. By clicking "accept" or installing and/or using the IG Transporte Invoice software, you are confirming your acceptance of the Software and agreeing to become bound by the terms of this EULA agreement.

If you are entering into this EULA agreement on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity and its affiliates to these terms and conditions. If you do not have such authority or if you do not agree with the terms and conditions of this EULA agreement, do not install or use the Software, and you must not accept this EULA agreement.

This EULA agreement shall apply only to the Software supplied by Bernd Preiser iSolutions EU herewith regardless of whether other software is referred to or described herein. The terms also apply to any Bernd Preiser iSolutions EU updates, supplements, Internet-based services, and support services for the Software, unless other terms accompany those items on delivery. If so, those terms apply.

License Grant

Bernd Preiser iSolutions EU hereby grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the IG Transporte Invoice software on your devices in accordance with the terms of this EULA agreement.

You are permitted to load the IG Transporte Invoice software (for example a PC, laptop, mobile or tablet) under your control. You are responsible for ensuring your device meets the minimum requirements of the IG Transporte Invoice software.

You are not permitted to:

Edit, alter, modify, adapt, translate or otherwise change the whole or any part of the Software nor permit the whole or any part of the Software to be combined with or become incorporated in any other software, nor decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer the Software or attempt to do any such things
Reproduce, copy, distribute, resell or otherwise use the Software for any commercial purpose
Allow any third party to use the Software on behalf of or for the benefit of any third party
Use the Software in any way which breaches any applicable local, national or international law
Use the Software for any purpose that Bernd Preiser iSolutions EU considers is a breach of this EULA agreement

Intellectual Property and Ownership

Bernd Preiser iSolutions EU shall at all times retain ownership of the Software as originally downloaded by you and all subsequent downloads of the Software by you. The Software (and the copyright, and other intellectual property rights of whatever nature in the Software, including any modifications made thereto) are and shall remain the property of Bernd Preiser iSolutions EU.

Bernd Preiser iSolutions EU reserves the right to grant licences to use the Software to third parties.

Termination

This EULA agreement is effective from the date you first use the Software and shall continue until terminated. You may terminate it at any time upon written notice to Bernd Preiser iSolutions EU.

It will also terminate immediately if you fail to comply with any term of this EULA agreement. Upon such termination, the licenses granted by this EULA agreement will immediately terminate and you agree to stop all access and use of the Software. The provisions that by their nature continue and survive will survive any termination of this EULA agreement.

Governing Law

This EULA agreement, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with this EULA agreement, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws. Place of jurisdiction: Innsbruck.

Interpretation and Definitions

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.
